    Erin McConnell PT, DPT

Erin graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2016 with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. As part of her graduate studies, she did research on ACL injury prevention in adolescent soccer players and also served as class president. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Science Pre-professional and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. During her time at Notre Dame, she was a member of the varsity women’s rowing team for 4 years, which sparked her interest in the treatment of rowing-related injuries. She is also a graduate of the year-long Institute for Rowing Leadership fellowship program at Community Rowing, Inc. in Boston, MA. As an active APTA (American Physical Therapy Association) and AAOMPT (American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists) member, she incorporates a variety of treatment techniques to create an individualized plan for each patient. Although she has experience with a wide variety of diagnoses, her interests lie in the fields of orthopedics and sports rehab (particularly rowing and running related injuries). In her free time she loves teaching spinning classes, going to the beach, running and traveling.
