    Cambridge Clinic – Wellbridge Athletic Club

    Welcome to our Cambridge Office, located at 5 Bennett St, Harvard Square – inside the luxurious Wellbridge Athletic Club in the rear courtyard of the Charles Hotel. This facility has a state-of- the art gym, a semi-private treatment room, and an 87 degree pool. This office enjoys T-access via the Harvard Sq stop, walking access for Harvard Sq employees, students and residents. Parking is a little more challenging if you’re not a Cambridge resident, though, metered parking is available throughout the square and there is paid parking in the hotel garage (a little pricy!). This location is not ideal for anyone with lower extremity injuries or disabilities. Please visit us at our Memorial Drive location or our Brookline location if you have difficulty with stairs.

    Luke Montrose PT, MSPT, FAAOMPT

    Luke graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2006 with his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. The year following his graduation he began working towards advancing his Manual Therapy skills first becoming a certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist in 2010. He then went on complete his fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy in April of 2012, becoming the 1,113 national fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Becoming a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical has given him advance manual and clinical reasoning skills to efficiently and effectively treat various Neuromuscular and Musculoskeletal conditions. These conditions include spinal dysfunction, extremities pathology, post-surgical, worker’s compensation, and geriatric fall risk patients to list a few. He has been practicing since 2006 primarily in outpatient orthopedic settings that service patients from diverse backgrounds (i.e., socioeconomic, gender, race). He understands the difficulties of balancing work, family, and consistently participating in a wellness program. Taking this into consideration, he is able to develop an individualized program that will fit each individual patient’s life, so as to optimize gains in treatment.

    Joshua Fayer
    Joshua Fayer PT, DPT, OMT

    Josh earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University in 2013 and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University in 2003. Since graduating, Josh has continued his PT education by completing a fellowship with the Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy and is currently certified in the Burdenko Method of water therapy and Functional Dry-Needling. During his clinical education Josh had the opportunity to work in various setting including orthopedics, pediatrics, intensive care and sub-acute care units. While in school, Josh participated in Fit Kids for Life program where he helped kids learn the benefits of exercise and healthy eating, volunteered at the 2011 NYC marathon and worked with Empower SCI, a program helping individuals with spinal cord injuries. During his free time Josh enjoys boxing, staying active and spending time with family, friends and his dog, Jetta.

    Pratibha Golecha PT, MSPT, CMP

    Pratibha Golecha graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Physical Therapy in India and completed a Masters in Sports Injury Management in 2014 from United Kingdom. Since 2011, she has worked in various outpatient settings in India treating orthopedic, sports and neurological conditions. She incorporates a variety of techniques including Mulligan / Manual Therapy, ART (Active Release Technique), and Kinesiotaping to treat patients with evidence based approach creating individualized treatment plans. Pratibha also became a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) in 2015. She has been associated with Yuwa soccer team for underprivileged girls and has also conducted ergonomic training for corporate employees. When not treating patients, she enjoys outdoor activities, travel, food and reading.
